WHAT IS IT FOR

Coconut wax is distinctive in its lower melting point and viscosity compared with other natural waxes, making it ideal for container candles. These physical characteristics make it slightly more compatible with the solvents used in fragrances. Coconut wax also offers a high degree of whiteness and colour stability, combined with small crystal size and excellent burn quality.

WHAT IS THIS

Kerax coconut blend contains no additives and is both natural and kosher, vegan and cruelty free.

KW4135 is a great wax to make container candles. Coconut wax is distinctive in its lower melting point and viscosity compared with other natural waxes and when blended with the strengths of soy results in a easy to use wax with great glass adhesion.

HOW TO USE

Pour Temp: 65-70°C
Melt Point: 50°C
FO Load: 10%-12%

As always, proper testing is key to a great burning candle. Coconut wax is too soft to work for wax melts / tarts or pillar candles. We suggest our HPSP, CottonWood, or Eco Wicks with coconut wax. Wood wicks burn too hot and are generally not a good fit with this wax.

As this wax has a very low melt point it may soften greatly during transport and even melt in hot conditions. Personal testing is required. We accept no responsibility for the performance or outcomes from the use of this product
